OptiMA® 36" H x 24" W In/Out Planner 32 Names

A large magnetic in/out planner to track up to 32 employees. A 36" high x 24" wide magnetic in/out employee locator board brings you maximum efficiency, economy and ease of use.

You write the employee names directly on the dry-erase surface of the in/out board. The status of each person is marked using one of the round colored push-pin style magnetic indicators provided with each unit.

Special comments can be added to each employee in the remarks area provided at the end of the columns. Record when an employee will return to the office, be out of a meeting, or back from vacation. Setup is easy and changes can be made in seconds.

Kit includes: One Red and one Black damp erase marker, installation hardware and 64 push-pin magnets, 32 Black and 32 Red. Track up to 32 employees at one time. Rows are approximately 1" tall.

We offer two other sizes on in/out planners as well:

• 18" high x 24" wide In/Out planners will hold up to 15 Employees.
• 24" high x 36" wide planners will hold up to 20 names.

Tip: It is not recommended to clean these boards with anything containing ammonia which is found in most glass cleaners.
