All of our classroom activity tables, with the exception of the Brite Kids™ line, are constructed with a 1 1/4" thick high pressure laminate top with a quality backer sheet to resist warping plus extra bracing on larger sizes. Our classroom tables are far more durable than the more common melamine or coated particle board tops that scratch easily and absorb moisture. The High Pressure Laminate (HPL)table tops are resistant to scratches, paint, markers, crayons, food and liquids.
Kid's activity tables all feature a sturdy metal leg bracket on the under side of the table top. Table legs ship separately but fit securely into the bracket with ease. The Legs are Extra heavy duty and are adjustable in height with in a 9" range. Choose between two leg height ranges: Standard (21"-30") for young children to adults and Short (16"-25") for toddlers to small children.
