OptiMA can on occasion ship your order out on the same day that it is placed but this is only possible on a limited number of items in our line and is totally dependent on a number of factors.

  • Is the item in stock either here or at the factory.
  • Time of day. We cannot process orders for same day shipment after 11:00 a.m. EST
  • Credit card must process cleanly.

    In order to get your order through our system a number of different departments and personnel must drop what it is that they are working on and move your order to the front of the line. This includes but is not limited to customer service, accounting, order processing, purchasing and shipping. This is why we have a fee for Rush orders.

    In addition, for the same reasons as listed above, many of our our vendors charge us a Rush processing fee.

    This Rush service may only be authorized by an OptiMA employee. Customers are not allowed to enter the Rush code on any orders. - Thank you for your understanding.

  • For your own protection against concealed damages, all cartons shipped by Truck should be opened and inspected upon arrival. Damages must be noted on the Bill of Lading.
