Great product! We've been using it steady for about a month. The adhesive doesn't pull off and we lean on or rub against it all the time. We write on it & erase it several times a day too. When erasing it, it comes clean with little to no effort. This product is working better than we hoped for!!
Bought for my children - ages 7,6,4,2. The 7 and 6 year old helped me to install. Purchased to use as a deterrent for writing on the walls. It worked!
Like the surface for writing - need a specific eraser to remove and sometimes need to spray to get marks off of the white surface. Like feature to be able to remove it over time, but it won't seem to stick and has to be rubbed with pressure to remain attached to the wall daily. We installed exactly as shown. Not sure why the air pockets keep forming

I am all about having white board walls in my office. It's a leased space, so the opti-rite seemed like the perfect choice. I ordered a 13' section.

Pros:
1) It turns my entire wall into a whiteboard
2) Reasonably priced
3) Fast shipping
4) Does not damage wall

Cons:
1) Extremely hard to install and impossible to get bubbles out
2) Dry erase is somewhat difficult but using the spray works great
3) Needs more than 1 person to install
4) Run your hand over the wall and ensure the wall has no imperfections
5) Heating it up tends to make it expand and not shrink like it shows in the install videos on youtube.
This is a great, inexpensive way to turn a wall into a dry erase surface. I purchased the largest size which was fairly challenging to install. It is very difficult to get all the air pockets ironed out...not a deal breaker, but a little disappointing.
Purchased an 8' length of this to go in my office - it's leased space, so the fact that this isn't permanent works out perfectly. Applied easily to the wall with the instructions, so no concerns there. One thing that isn't really highlighted but might be important to you: any flaw in the wall (globs of drywall plaster, etc) will easily show through, so you really need a smooth wall if that sort of thing is important. That being said, having the entire wall available for brainstorming is great! I'd purchase more again in a heartbeat if I needed it.

This is not a magnet itself, but it applies via adhesive to a wall or other similar surface. It is magnetic receptive, meaning it will accept magnets.
