OptiMA stands behind every board with an industry-leading warranty. Porcelain steel surfaces carry a 50-year guarantee; melamine surfaces and frames are covered against manufacturing defects. Here's what's covered, what isn't, and how to make a claim.
Surface Coverage
Porcelain steel is warranted for 50 years against ghosting, staining, and dry erase performance failure under normal use with quality dry erase markers. Opti-Rite® surfaces carry a 20,000-use erase guarantee. Melamine surfaces are warranted against manufacturing defects but not against natural surface wear over time.
Frame Coverage
OptiMA frames are warranted against manufacturing defects for the life of the board. Cosmetic damage from impact, abuse, or improper installation is not covered. Original purchase receipt is required for warranty claims.
Filing a Warranty Claim
Contact our customer service team with photos of the issue, your original order number, and the board's product line. We'll evaluate the claim within 5 business days and arrange repair, replacement, or credit as appropriate.
