Post each improvement idea as soon as it comes up, with who raised it and the date. Review the board regularly, decide which ideas to act on, and give each one an owner. Use magnets to move ideas forward as they are tested and put in place, then record the result. For bigger problems, work them through on our A3 Problem Solving Board.
