Simplify your white board or chalk board installation with factory suggested hardware.
We have three kits approved and suggested by Marsh Industries for installation of their boards and they will work for other manufacturer's boards as well including the OPTIMA boards.
These kits are packed based on the assumption that you have a 4' tall x 8' wide board so you may need to order more than one kit or you may end up with a little extra hardware.
The HD-408-BB is used for larger, heavier boards or Marsh boards with a prefix of: AA, AB, AF, AM, AN, AP, CA, CB, CW, LA, PR, WB, WF, WN and WP. Also OPTIMA Best boards with aluminum trims. Kit includes 8 plastic wall anchors, 8 Ea 3/4" L-Clips, 8 drill & tap screws and 8 each #10 Phillips screws.
The HD-408-WC kits are recommended for Marsh boards that have a prefix of AW, LW, MW, WM, WS and WR. Also used for OPTIMA Best boards with Oak trims. 8 plastic anchors, 4 each 3/4" & 4 ea 1" L-Clips, 8 drill & tap screws and 8 ea #10 Phillips screws.
The HD-408-AC is for thinner melamine or composition type boards (1/4" thick). For Marsh boards with a prefix of MA or AS. Kit includes 8 plastic wall anchors, 8 Each 1/4" L-Clips, 8 drill & tap screws and 8 each #10 Phillips screws.
This installation hardware is recommended by Marsh industries but if you are not familiar with installation of items like whiteboards or chalkboards it is always recommended that you hire a professional or seek advise.
Heavier, larger boards or cabinets may also require the use of a panel adhesive on the backs of the boards or a heavy duty hardware kit. These kits do not include panel adhesive and may not work for all applications. You may want to also consult with the board manufacturer for advise.
For your own protection against concealed damages, all cartons shipped by Truck should be opened and inspected upon arrival. Damages must be noted on the Bill of Lading.
