We are very proud to say that we a Five Star Yahoo Store. That is their highest ranking! 94% of our customers rated us as either Excellent (61%) or Good (33%). 4% of our customers rated us as OK. We won't lie.. we have messed up a few orders and we even have had 1 customer call us Awful on an $11.00 chart tape order. Only 1 awful rating since we started...not bad but we always strive to exceed our customer's expectations.

For your own protection against concealed damages, all cartons shipped by Truck should be opened and inspected upon arrival. Damages must be noted on the Bill of Lading.
