A magnetic in/out planner to track as many as 20 employee names. The board is 24" tall x 36" wide. It is a magnetic receptive in/out employee locater board that is extremely easy to use.
All of the employee names are written directly on the dry-erase surface with one of the markers provided with the kit. The status of each person can be marked using one of the round colored push-pin style magnetic indicators provided with each unit.
You can add special comments to each employee in the remarks section provided at the end of the rows. Record when an employee will return to the office, be out of a meeting, or back from vacation. Setup is easy and changes can be made in seconds.
Kit includes: One Red and one Black Damp erase marker, installation hardware and 40 push-pin magnets, 20 Black and 20 Red. You can track up to 20 employees at one time. Rows are approximately 1" tall.

Tip: It is not recommended to clean these boards with anything containing ammonia which is found in most glass cleaners.
