What to Do if Your Shipment is Damaged
- Inspect the Shipment: Carefully examine all items and packaging for damage before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL).
- Mark the BOL as “Damaged”: If you find any damage, clearly write “Damaged” on the Bill of Lading.
- This is the key step to being covered for a free replacement.
- Scan the QR Code: Find the QR code on the shipping label and scan it with your smartphone.

- Take Photos: Capture clear images of:
- The damaged product (as many angles as possible)
- The damaged packaging (showing the extent of damage)
- Upload Photos: Upload the photos using the link provided in the QR code for easy claim processing.
How the Freight Guarantee Provides Extra Protection
- Signing for “Damaged” Covers You: If you sign for the shipment and mark the BOL as "Damaged," you're automatically covered for a replacement at no cost. This is our standard process.
