OptiMA® Track Industrial Accidents by the Month Board

Monthly Lost Time Accident Kits from OptiMA® help employees see how they are doing keeping safe in the plant or office. Users can track lost time accidents on these magnetic receptive dry erase boards. The monthly calendar goes up to 31 days, making it usable any month of the year. Users can track the current time without a lost time incident and compare it to the company record. Each board ships with satin anodized aluminum trim, a full-length aluminum marker tray, installation hardware, a black marker, and a black OptiMA® microfiber dry erase cleaning and polishing cloth. An optional magnetic accessory kit includes convenient 3/4" Green, Yellow, and Red circles. Green magnets are used to indicate a day without incident, Yellow magnetic circles indicate a minor injury, and the Red magnets are used for lost time incidents. Magnetic monthly headings are also included. It is not recommended to clean these boards with anything containing ammonia, which is found in most glass cleaners.
