How easy is this to remove? I’m also looking at paint versions of whiteboard for a playroom but wanted something could be semi-easily removed in the future.

Hello Aaron, 

This particular material requires a pretty aggressive adhesive due to the weight of the magnetic receptive material in it. Therefore it is not one of the "easier" Opti-Rite materials to remove. For that we might suggest Opti-Rite Ultra:

This product has not been tested for outdoor use. While we can't recommend installing this outdoors, it may be possible that in the right conditions, it may work.

The best option for you may be an Opti-Rite dry erase wallpaper solution.

We have self-adhesive and wall paper backed options. This may be installed like wallpaper which would have a seam but would be considered a continuous writing surface.

Great Product!

This was easy to install - it took 3 people, but was a simple process if you planned it out and took your time. It looks great and functions really well. It was a perfect product for our office - we do all of our scheduling on white boards and are always running out of space. This allows us to have a large, continuous space to use in multiple different ways. My kids have been asking to have a wall in their bedroom done!
Easy to install Large, continuous space Multiple functions and uses Cost effective Requires a few people to install (really not a con, but if I had to pick one)

Was a pain to get onto the wall the way I wanted, a 6ft by 4ft sheet was tough to handle by myself. But we are very please with the final results. The grandson loves it and the wife is very pleased with it as well. Still have to put up some trim for visual effects.
