Preferred File Types

Adobe Photoshop File
High quality PDFs, Illustrator and Photoshop files are preferred as they are more suitable for large format printing. When your artwork does not meet the proper guidelines, an art fee may be charged to fix or alter your graphics to ensure the best print job possible.

We accept multiple file types that might not yet be print ready, including Excel files, Powerpoint files, and many more. These files typically require setup. For this service, our designers will setup and provide proofs of your file which requires a small artwork fee.

Other File Types

If you don't have a file, don't worry! if you only have a hand drawn image or a rough idea of what you're looking to print, you can place your order and work with a dedicated account representative. Our designers will bring your custom printed dry erase creation to life and no printing begins until you sign off on the final proof.

Fonts & Resolution

Fonts

When submitting "preferred" file types, please convert all fonts to outlines.

Resolution

All raster files (PSDs, JPGs, or an image file linked via an AI file) must be at least 100 pixels per inch at 100% (100 dpi). Ideally, 300 dpi is recommended for a flawless print job.

Artwork Submission

Once you submit your order a personalized upload link will be automatically emailed to you. After you upload your files, a proof will be provided before we begin the printing process.

Color Section

  • Please provide all vector files (Illustrator) in CMYK format. Please supply all other artwork (Photoshop files, jpgs, tiffs) in RGB format for the most accurate color output.
  • If you plan to submit artwork without a color profile (ex: Excel or Powerpoint files) we will adjust and provide a proof.
  • If Pantone/spot colors need to be matched please specify this in the notes section when placing your order or notify your account representative.
  • If color matching to existing graphics, we will require examples of the existing graphics or Pantone codes. Please specify this in the notes section when placing your order or notify your account representative. We guarantee color matching on all hard copy proofs. Orders without an indication of Pantone colors are NOT guaranteed for color.
