This whiteboard is very high quality and installed very easily with the hardware supplied. The only issue I had was one of the staples punctured the H bracket during manufacturing, which made the install a little tricky. I had to pull part of the staple out in order for the board to slide into that side of the H bracket.

The writing surface consists of a thin porcelain coating on steel. It should sufficiently hold any big stong magnet that it should reasonably be expected to. It should hold at least as strong as a steel filing cabinet.

These boards are made with the highest quality porcelain steel and they will not ghost. If they ever need a deeper cleaning to remove stubborn markings, common isopropyl alcohol mixed 50/50 with water, will do wonders. If this does happen, it is normally caused by residue on the surface be it from cleaners or environmental contaminants and not the board itself. The alcohol serves to clean these contaminants from the porcelain surface.Â

These boards are designed so that the individual panels connect with a special H-Bar that would not handle a 90-degree corner.Â
So to answer your question, out of the box, this would not work, though anything is possible with a good carpenter.

The same gloss that enables a marker-board to erase will cause glare when projected on, however, there are some things that can be done to reduce the effect of this glare. If you change the angle of the projection relative to your audience these can be an effective projection screen.

I do not believe the 1/8'' strips will be an issue. Our full height walls are mounted at the top and bottom of each panels with screws and L brackets.Â
My one concern would be, are the modular walls a solid panel? and are they attached to the building outside wall?Â
Due to the weight and height our panels, it might be too much for the modular walls to hold.Â
